Our Work

Meet the Lungsquatters

Some job site hazards are obvious. Falls. Blades. Heavy machinery. You see them coming. Silica dust? Not so much. These microscopic particles are released during common construction tasks and, without proper protection, can lodge in your lungs for good—causing silicosis, permanent scarring, even cancer. Invisible, irreversible, and far too easy to ignore.

So instead of lecturing workers or flashing graphic imagery, we introduced the Lungsquatters—a charming crew of houseguests looking for a forever home. The catch? They’re moving into your lungs. And once they’re in, they don’t exactly treat your lungs with care.

The Lungsquatters campaign rolled out across a Full House-inspired 30-second digital spot, paid social, out of home advertising, and coffee sleeves available at cafes near local construction sites. All of these tactics led to a microsite where visitors could learn more about silica dust and download resources to keep their worksites safe.

We also expanded to radio with a tongue-in-cheek real estate parody—because in this market, even Lungsquatters need a great agent.
