Rhyme + Reason Expands Leadership Team as Agency Marks First Year
Marketing agency Rhyme + Reason is growing. As the local firm marks its first year in business, it welcomes two seasoned leaders to its team—expanding both its creative strength and strategic depth.
Adam Sterling joins Rhyme + Reason as Partner and Chief Creative Officer. An award-winning creative director and copywriter, Adam has spent more than a decade crafting campaigns for the region’s leading organizations. He will shape the agency’s creative approach and lead the creative team, bringing the thoughtfulness and originality that have defined his career.
"Bringing Adam on as a partner is a natural evolution for Rhyme + Reason," says agency founder and president Tyler MacLeod. "We’ve worked together for over a decade, and I’ve seen first-hand how his creativity and strategic thinking can elevate brands. He’s the right person to lead our creative team as we continue to grow."
"Truly great advertising is about finding the perfect balance of sharp strategy and attention-grabbing creative—and that’s the heart of what Tyler has created here at Rhyme + Reason," says Adam Sterling. "Joining as a partner is an opportunity to champion that approach with our clients, lead a deeply talented team, and help build on the momentum the agency has already created."
Also joining the leadership team is Bhreagh Dubeau, who steps in as Vice President, Marketing. With 15 years of agency and brand-management experience, Bhreagh will lead Rhyme + Reason’s marketing practice, ensuring clients receive thoughtful insights and strategic planning support.
This growth comes as Rhyme + Reason marks its first year in business and builds new relationships with clients, including the Atlantic Canada Cruise Association and Destination Cape Breton.
