We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join us—someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, collaborate across disciplines, and help bring smart strategies to life.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be hands-on in executing marketing campaigns, supporting strategy development, and coordinating across teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow into a leadership position over time. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with the Rhyme + Reason approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior team members to help implement effective marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

• Coordinate Campaign Planning and Rollouts: Work with creative, digital, and production teams to execute campaigns on time and on budget.

• Foster Client Relationships: Serve as a reliable, responsive point of contact for day-to-day client communications.

• Assist with New Business Efforts: Contribute to proposals, pitches, and other efforts to attract new clients.

• Manage Budgets and Timelines: Help ensure projects stay within scope and deliverables are met efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly

• Solid understanding of marketing tactics across channels with a particular emphasis on social media platforms
